Our secure online form is divided into three easy steps:
1) Personal contact information.
2) Design and business related questions: you will get a chance to describe your business and design preferences as well as to attach any relevant files.
3) Payment: we accept all major credit cards and PayPal.
After we receive your complete order form, we will set up your peronal project page and email the link to you. We will review your information and may post some additional questions regarding your project.
You are Welcome to call us at any time to discuss your project in person with one of our logo design specialists.
A team of 2 to 4 designers works on each logo design project. Within 2 to 5 business days we will present to you 6 or 12 initial logo design concepts (delivery time and number of concepts depends on package chosen).
We will post your various design samples onto your project page. You can either approve one of them or request additional changes.
If you have requested changes, your input will be processed accordingly.
Each of our custom logo design packages includes the possibility for unlimited changes free of charge. We can tweak the fonts, colors and layout of your logo, as well as mix and match elements, until you are 100% satisfied. We will complete the changes and post the modified logo onto your project page within one business day of the reception of your request.
Once you approve your logo, we will prepare the final logo kit containing multiple file formats.
Final files include: GIF, JPEG, AI, EPS, PDF, PNG (transparent), TIFF in RGB colours. The kit will be downloadable from your project page for a period of two weeks.
If your package includes the design of a custom stationery set, you will be asked to provide additional information. A stationery set includes a business card, a letterhead, and an envelope.
Your stationery set layouts may be viewed and approved on the same project page as your logo, and unlimited changes can be applied to them.
Your final stationery set files will be delivered in AI, PDF, and EPS files in RGB and CMYK colors. They will be downloadable from your project page for a period of two weeks.
